Napier Lane, 2006. Located halfway up the Filbert Steps, Napier Lane is usually where I take a rest for a few minutes before continuing my ascent to the summit of Telegraph Hill and Coit Tower. The charm and beauty of the gardens and homes on this part of the stairway are well worth the trek, and no matter what the season is be it cold and rainy or sunny and warm it remains a favorite place for me to enjoy.
